What signature amenities are included with a LUXHYTTE stay?: Amenities vary by location to complement the unique design of each property: • LUXHYTTE at Eldora (Original Nederland Location): Features an oversized indoor soaking tub designed for deep relaxation amidst alpine views. • Loveland RiverTrails by LUXHYTTE : Features private outdoor spa environments equipped with dedicated hot tubs and cold plunge facilities.
How do I book a stay or check availability?: Reservations can be booked directly through luxhytte.com or via select travel partner channels. Enter your dates on our booking portal to view real-time calendar availability and complete your reservation securely.
What is the check-in and check-out process?: Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Prior to your arrival, you will receive a digital welcome guide containing your entry code, custom property navigation directions, and parking details.
What is your cancellation policy?: • Full Refund: Direct bookings cancelled at least 30 days prior to check-in receive a 100% refund (minus standard payment processing fees). • 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days prior to arrival receive a 50% refund. • Non-refundable: Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.
Where are LUXHYTTE properties located?: Our retreats are situated in carefully selected natural environments across Colorado: • Nederland: Our flagship original alpine retreat featuring an indoor soaking tub. • Loveland: Foothill cottage retreat featuring a rammed earth spa enclosure, hot tub, and cold plunge. • Allenspark (Coming Soon): A new custom build currently in development right outside Rocky Mountain National Park (RMNP). Full property addresses and arrival maps are provided upon booking confirmation.
Are children and pets permitted?: Due to the delicate nature of custom artisan finishes, concrete installations, and specialized outdoor spa equipment, specific pet and occupancy rules apply per property: • Pets: Selected locations accommodate well-behaved dogs with a pre-approved pet registration fee. Unregistered pets are strictly prohibited. • Children: While families are welcome, young children must be supervised at all times around outdoor spas, landscaping, and fire features.
What are the guidelines for using the outdoor spa and cold plunge?: Spa equipment is cleaned, balanced, and prepared for every guest arrival. Guests are required to shower prior to entering hot tubs or cold plunges and follow posted care guidelines to maintain water quality and equipment performance throughout their stay.
